Vorerst: ich liiiiebe Tasty Videos aus dem Internet! Die sind einfach, gehen schnell und schmecken sensationell. Nachgekocht habe ich bereits 19 diverse Rezepte und alle schmecken großartig und gelingen immer. Manoman, habe ich mich aufs Buch gefreut! Kaum war es da, habe ich es zack-zack bestellt und konnte kaum warten bis es zugestellt wurde. Zustellung war übrigens megarasch, wie immer bei Amazon.Nun zum Buch. Das war mal eine Enttäuschung im XXL Format! Mangelhafte Übersetzung gepaart mit ärmere Bebilderung ist definitiv keine gute Voraussetzung für ein gelungenes Kochbuch. Vor allem heutzutage nicht, wo es so viele tolle und liebevoll gestaltete Kochbücher auf dem Markt gibt. Inhaltlich hat es mich persönlich auch nicht umgehauen. Die Rezepte sind deftig und nicht wirklich etwas Besonderes, wobei ich kann es mir durchaus vorstellen dass diejenigen, die auf die US-Küche stehen, das Buch lieben werden. Für mich ist dieses Kochbuch sein Geld nicht wert.

Im Internet gibt es von Tasty ausgefallene Rezepte, jedoch das Buch hat überwiegend Standardrezepte und ist nicht mehr sehr besonders . Die Pancakes sind z.b. sehr einfach gehalten und bieten keine Alternativen mit herzhaft oder süß... nächste mal schau ich im Buchgeschäft ins Buch rein

Cooles Buch mit ungesunden und "gesunden" Rezepten! Wer die Tasty Videos liebt, sollte dieses Buch auch zu Hause haben. Das einzige, das mir nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass Weizenmehl als gesund angepriesen wird und zu einer ausgewogen Ernährung gehört.

Bin leider noch nicht zum kochen gekomnen, aber beim durchstöbern sind viele leckere rezepte entdeckt worden, die bestimmt die nächsten tage ausprobiert werden. War ordentlich verpackt, dauerte nur bis es lieferbar war

Leider gibt es aus dieser Reihe von Kochbüchern echt bessere, z.B von Chefclub. Es sind zu den Rezepten kaum Fotos hinterlegt, auch die Beschreibung ist teilweise irreführend.

Wie einfach und genial die Rezepte sind wollen wir herausfinden, ich fange aber erstmal mit der Kritik an! Die Fotos sehen ein bisschen oldschool aus, fast alle haben zu viel Kontrast und wirken gar nicht so frisch und stylisch wie in den Videos. Die Ideen sind dafür super und es gibt auch viele brauchbare Tipps.Tipps & TricksBesonders gut gefallen uns die Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitungen – ob Eier pochieren, Lachs einlegen, perfekt frittieren oder Eclairs ebenmäßig mit Schoki pimpen. Gelingsicher wird der Leser durch die einzelnen Schritte mit Fotos geführt und kann beim nächsten Dinner mit ausgefallenen und internationalen Gerichten glänzen.Zudem gibt es „Rezept-Battles“ heißt, es treten gleiche Gerichte gegeneinander an. So trifft der Fudgy Brownie in der einen Ecke – gemütlich, kuchenkrümelig und locker fluffig auf den Cakey Brownie der saftig und mit weichem Kern daherkommt. Herber wird es mit den Mac & Cheese – im Buch findet ihr die easy Version für sechs Personen als Eintopf und die ultimativen Käse-Makkeroni für die große Runde á 12 Personen.Klassiker wie Zimtschnecken, Schweinebraten dürfen genauso wenig fehlen wie trendige Bowls, bunte Salate und Angeberkram wie gegrillter Red Snapper oder Seezunge mit karamellisierten Zitronenscheiben.***FAZIT***Im Vergleich zum Vorgängerbuch sind in diesem Exemplar noch mehr Rezepte und vor allem alltagstauglichere. Richtig geil finde ich die Bowls – da sind die Fotos auch echt ansprechend. Die Kuchen und Desserts schreien auch alle laut ausprobieren und Lieblingsgerichte wie indisches Kichererbsencurry oder vietnamesische Suppe „Pho“ reihen sich brav hintereinander.Das koreanische Gericht Bibimbap gibt's in einer Veggieversion und Singles kommen auch auf ihre Kosten, denn viele Rezepte sind nur für eine Person berechnet.Auf 303 Seiten finden wir nicht nur die versprochenen 160 Rezepte, sondern auch immer wieder Tipps für ein sicheres Gelingen oder Erklärungen warum sich das Sieben von Mehl beispielsweise immer lohnt.Wer die internationale Küche mal querbeet durchzuprobieren will, sich an Chilli-Dogs und Pizza aus der Pfanne oder Orangencreme-Trüffel probieren, ist mit dem bunten Kochbuch genau richtig.Wenn das hilfreich war, würde ich mich über ein Feedback freuen. Having read several books on the topic TAFM is the best choice so far.Murphy starts with the very basics (you may skip) and works his way up to strategies and ideas of trading.There are parts the reader will have to read them twice or more in order to grasp the concepts but that has nothing to do with the language but more with the concept of an instrument for example.The English is comparable with college-text boosk thus reads smooth and straight to the point. One dislike There are no in-between tasks/assignments/quizzes to deepen the knowledge.

This book taught me from the absolute basics how to get tons of useful information out of a chart. Several tools are detailed chapter by chapter, and each one can prove very profitable for any trader. Reading this has taken me from relying on fundamentals to being a candidate for Chartered Market Technician (CMT). Mr. Murphy even introduces important concepts about which there are whole books written, such as Japanese Candlesticks and Intermarket Analysis. If you buy only one book on market technical analysis, make it this one.

If there is a single book on Technical Analysis that I would recommend to anyone, this is it! Mr. Murphy covers quite a large spectrum of Technical Analysis and yet remains easy to understand for the beginners and intermediates alike. Das Buch ist okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Leider gelingt es Lisa Genova dieses Mal nicht, mich emotional auch nur ansatzweise zu erreichen. Die Gefühle von Sarah Nickerson, die nach einem Autounfall eine Gehirnverletzung hat, die verursacht, dass sie ihre linke Körperhälfte und alles, was links von ihr stattfindet nicht mehr wahrnimmt, werden wirklich einfach zu sehr beschrieben als dass man sie nachfühlen könnte. Hatte man bei "Still Alice" immer das Gefühl, mit Alice zu fühlen und zu verstehen, was in ihr vorgeht, so bleibt einem Sarah seltsam fremd. Auch die Geschichte um ihre Mutter bleibt seltsam distanziert. Ich habe immer mal wieder ein paar Seiten übersprungen, auf den Lisa Genova beispielisweise aufs kleinste beschreibt, wie sich Sarah eine Hose anzieht. Solche Beschreibungen gibt es en masse, das ist irgendwie nur mäßig spannend und irgendwann hat man dann eben begriffen, dass alles dreimal so lange dauert wie normalerweise. Die Geschichte hätte deutlich kürzer sein können, oftmals kam es mir so vor, als habe die Schriftstellerin das Buch künstlich in die Länge gezogen. Man hätte sich auch eine etwas spannendere Geschichte rund um Sarahs Familie überlegen können, die ist sehr vorhersehbar, und es passiert einfach nicht viel. Interessant war es für mich, diese Krankheit kennenzulernen, ich hatte noch nie davon gehört. Der Schreibstil von Lisa Genova gefällt mir auch nach wie vor. Das Englisch (für alle non-native speaker) ist einfach, es gibt auch keine medizinischen Fachbegriffe, die man nicht verstehen könnte. Wer "Still Alice" noch nicht kennt, sollte lieber das lesen, ist wirklich viel besser! Left neglected wird mir nicht lange in Erinnerung bleiben, leider!

I first read this book and read "Still Alice" and I must say "Left neglected" is worth reading but not as good as "Still Alice".I thought the plot was too easy, too boring, how at the end the whole family happily settles down in Vermont with two perfect new jobs.But Lisa Genova does a fantastic job in letting us experience what is like to live suddenly with a "handicap" and to struggle to accept and cope with the new changes. We can learn a lot from this part of the book since a life changing car accident can happen to us any time.

A wonderfully written novel. I enjoyed it very much. It was interesting to read about a familiar syndrome from another perspective. Looking forward to reading the other novels by Lisa Genova.

Es war das 3. Buch von Lisa Genova was ich gelesen habe und ich muss sagen, es war mit Abstand das am wenigsten mich berührende. Mit Ausnahme der Schilderungen des Neglect Syndroms fand ich den Inhalt seltsam oberflächlich, teilweise auch langweilig. Die ewig langen Abhandlungen über Kinder, Kinderunterbringung, Gestaltung der Abende vor dem Laptop und Fahrten zur Arbeit habe ich mir zum Teil gespart.Kein Vergleich zu 'Still Alice'. Mein absoluter Favorit ist und bleibt jedoch "Ein guter Tag zum Leben-Inside the O'Briens'.

Set in present-day Boston and Vermont, Left Neglected leads you into the world of a business woman who only perceives the right side of everything, including herself. I think it is quite challenging for an author to make the reader see through such a person’s eyes, but Ms. Genova succeeded. In my mind, I was constantly trying to look beyond that grayish area to see that left hand, or that ring, let alone that watch to read the time.Sarah, the main character of the book, is a business woman and as you can imagine, she is struggling hard to cope with her new situation. I never doubted this character for a second and understood her trains of thought, her fears and her decisions. There are other important characters in Left Neglected, but telling you about them would be a spoiler. They each have their own little story to tell.As I already knew that an accident was about to happen, I was rushing through the first couple of chapters to finally get there. I’m really impatient when it comes to things like that. So I perceived the beginning of Left Neglected as a little too slow. But from the accident onwards, I was spellbound and didn’t want to stop reading. I actually read the book within two days. I can fully recommend this gripping and moving story to anyone who needs a timeout, wants to broaden their horizon, or just wants to read a good book.
